Background: Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) is the most common chronic rheumatic disease of unknown aetiology in childhood. Approximately 40- 60% patients with juvenile have continuous or recurrent activity extending into adulthood. Objectives: The aim this study was to evaluate clinical, biological and radiological course JIA Methods: A retrospective including 35 conducted between 2010 2019. enrolled met ILAR criteria for diagnosis JIA. Patients older than 20 years were included. Data regarding sociodemographic features, Physical growth, activity, parameters analysed. Results: Thirty one recruited. sex ratio 0.53. mean age at time 38.9 [20-69]. onset 9 [3-16]. These assigned discrete categories: rheumatoid factor positive polyarthritis (47.7%), negative (23.9%), oligoarthritis (14.2%), enthesitis-related (9.5%), psoriatic (4.7%).A failure thrive seen 33.3% patients. Overweight obesity found 38% 19% patients, respectively. Biological inflammatory syndrome noted 52% 65.2% had active disease. Hip involvement 43.5% 17.4% them a total hip replacement. Sixteen neck pain imagining showed an atloid-axoid dislocation 50% them. Radiographs joint destruction 60.9% wrist frequent involvement.
